Loc8 Mobile is a highly configurable mobile application that extends the functionality and value of the Loc8 suite into the field. 

Operating Windows Mobile 5 or 6 and compatible with a range of PDA mobile devices, Loc8 Mobile provides highly functional yet simple to use in-field work-order management, asset auditing and verification and inventory management capabilities.

Real-time "Push" Work order Dispatch

Loc8 Mobile comes powered with industry leading "push" technology meaning that when a work order is dispatched to an in-field technician  notification is received typically in less than five seconds.

Integrated automation features, real-time updates from the field to the Loc8 server keeps help desk and service managers up-to-date on field activities. Service providers utilising Loc8 can even send their customers live updates to fault, incident and work order status.

Loc8's powerful low bandwidth architecture makes Loc8 Mobile fast and effective to use across all mobile networks from GSM and 3G to wireless as well as supporting cradle-based data synchronisation.

Configurable In-field Workflow

Not only is the Loc8 server highly configurable, but we have extended this power to the field with Loc8 Mobile.  You can configure the workflow for your field staff ensuring work is completed in accordance with prevailing standards.

Inventory Management

Whether you have a single warehouse or hundreds of 'mini-warehouses' of field vans, Loc8 and Loc8 Mobile will keep your inventory in check and up-to-date.  Through advanced warehouse allocation and stock management tools, inventory used in the field is removed from stock levels instantly making warehouse management and field stock control a simple task.

Automated Timesheets

Every action performed in the field is time-stamped and logged providing a complete audit trail of field activity.  This information can be optionally set to auto complete technician timesheets and populate Field Service Reports (FSR) for reporting.

Customer Approvals and Satisfaction Survey

Collect technician and customer in field signatures live confirming completion of work.
